Grassroots advocacy remains the absolute best tool there is to influence our policymakers in Jefferson City to legislate a better Missouri for children. Policymakers are most responsive to their constituents, the people who voted them into office, and will vote to either keep them in office or send them home. Capitol Chatter is a feature of Missouri PTA's website. It is intended to keep PTA members across our state informed concerning key legislative issues affecting children and youth, with the hope and intention that members will be called to action to visit, call, write, fax or e-mail their elected officials and be the voice of our children, Missouri's children.
