Missouri PTA To Celebrate 100th Anniversary
Missouri PTA will be 100 years old this year. Wow, 100 years of advocating for the children of Missouri, a true reason to reminisce, acknowledge our accomplishments and to CELEBRATE!! We are working on plans for a Diamond Celebration Evening in conjunction with our annual state convention, Saturday, October 20, 2012 to be held at Hilton Kansas City Airport, 8801 NW 112th Street, Kansas City, MO 64153.
Your past presidents as well as current & past board members are working hard to complete a history of the past 100 years in a beautiful hard bound coffee table book for your enjoyment. To reserve your copy all it takes is a donation of $100 which will also include your name or unit’s name engraved on a permanent plaque to be housed at our state office. We want all units, councils, school districts and as many individual PTA members, current and past, to come together and support our efforts in making our Diamond Celebration a SUCCESS!!! MOPTA Leadership Conference - April 23rd & April 24th, 2010
The "Peace, Love & PTA" Leadership Conference is Coming! We want to see you on April 23rd & 24th at the Hilton Kansas City Airport. Look for the information/registration packets to arrive to unit presidents in early March. Registration deadline is April 9th.
