New Officers Form 2013-2014

Please read completely before proceeding.

It's that time of the year again.

It is important that your unit provides Missouri PTA with the list of your new officers for 2013-2014 school year. Our 2013-2014 school year mailing/contact list is compiled from the information on this form.

Please have your unit number, region, school district and council affiliation available when filling out the form. If you do not have the information, please log into the website.  Utilize the login and password which was provided to you when you activated your card.  Select the PTA Members Section, then Tools then PTA Units/Regions/Councils Info. Select your region and locate your unit.

Information is due to the Missouri PTA office by March 31, 2013.

If you have not filled all the positions on the officers form, please send what you have filled by the deadline date. If you have updates or changes throughout the school year please submit another Officers form or email the state office at office@mopta.org.
